Jewelry Joose Adornment Cleaner has been tested extensively and, when utilized in the appropriate manner and as directed, no personal or property damages have been sustained.  Additionally, Jewelry Joose, LLC  maintains that the product will perform as stated when used and handled correctly.  Jewelry Joose, LLC offers absolutely no warranty, either express or in writing, as to the results you may obtain due to the tremendous diversity of methods and materials utilized to manufacture jewelry and fashion adornments.  For detailed product directions please read How To Use Jewelry Joose.  If, after reading the instructions you are still unsure as to product application, please feel free to contact us via the Customer Service Form.

Should Jewelry Joose not perform as proposed when used correctly and in accordance with the printed directions, Jewelry Joose, LLC will cheerfully refund your money for the product (shipping is not refundable under any circumstance) when a claim is made within 5 business days after receipt of the order.  IMPORTANT: Requests for returns/refunds must be made via the Customer Service Form.  Returns made without prior authorization will be refused.

Jewelry Joose, LLC will not, in any way or situation, assume any risk or liability should personal or property damage occur when using the product.
