Most online orders are processed within 48 hours and unless otherwise requested, all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment an email containing the tracking number for your package is sent to the email address you provided via the order form. You may track your package's travel progress by visiting the USPS web site (www.usps.com) and entering the tracking number. To calculate an approximate delivery date, please count five business days beginning with the day after you place the order and then add three to five days for transit. The majority of online orders are processed, shipped and received within five to seven business days.

Every Jewelry Joose order is individually processed, packed securely and shipped with a receipt for your records. Billing receipts for credit card orders include only the last four digits of the payment source you provided and absolutely no credit card information is stored electronically for your security. The web site utilizes 128 bit encryption and, with the exception of your selected payment source for processing purposes, as well as the United States Postal Service for shipping purposes, Jewelry Joose, LLC does not share any customer data including, but not limited to: name, address, email address, web site, telephone number or payment source with anyone at any time and guarantees your privacy. This web site utilizes a customer service form versus an email address to hinder the proliferation of spam. Further, customer email addresses are not stored within any program that would aid or assist the spread of electronic advertisements and/or computer viruses or spy ware.

Jewelry Joose, LLC accepts the following payment forms: PayPal, AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, personal checks and nationally recognized money orders. PayPal and credit card orders process and ship immediately; personal checks must clear (an approximate 7 to 10 business day process) prior to the shipping of any order.

Jewelry Joose Adornment Cleaner has been tested extensively and, when utilized in the appropriate manner and as directed, no personal or property damages have been sustained. Additionally, Jewelry Joose, LLC maintains that the product will perform as stated when used and handled in accordance with the printed directions. Jewelry Joose, LLC offers absolutely no warranty, either express or in writing, as to the results you may obtain due to the tremendous diversity of methods and materials utilized to manufacture jewelry and fashion adornments. If, after reading the directions you are still unsure as to the product's use and/or application, please feel free to contact us via the Customer Service Form for assistance.

Should Jewelry Joose not perform as proposed when used correctly and in accordance with the printed directions, Jewelry Joose LLC will cheerfully refund your money for the product (shipping is not refundable under any circumstance) when a claim is made within 5 business days after receipt of the order. IMPORTANT: Requests for returns/refunds must be made via the Customer Service Form. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused.

Jewelry Joose, LLC will not, in any way or situation, assume any risk or liability should personal or property damage occur when using the product. By shopping this site you are agreeing to accept the shopping policies stated above and further agree to hold harmless Jewelry Joose, LLC for any and all legal claims and/or litigation and further agree not to pursue any legal venue regardless of any circumstances arising from the purchase and/or use Jewelry Joose Adornment Cleaner.
